Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix the dijon mustard, brown sugar & chopped thyme in a small bowl to make a mustard glaze.
In a large roasting pan, rub the ham with the mustard glaze.
Pour the pineapple juice into the base of the roasting pan.
Place roasting pan in the middle of oven and bake as directed, brushing every 20mins with the pineapple juice.
Remove ham from oven and apply pineapple slices & maraschino cherries using toothpicks to secure them in place.
