The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and servicing our assigned customer base along with achieving new customers to ensure that service levels are achieved, and monthly sales and gross profit targets are achieved. Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Presents, promotes and sells products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Ensures that new and current portfolio product distribution is available at retailers.
  • Assists with the continuous improvement of product offerings by providing customer feedback.
  • Performs cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Fosters close positive working relationships with customers through direct visits and follow-up calls.
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Supplies customers with product information, sell sheets, pricing, samples and any other suitable marketing material in collaboration with the Marketing Department.
  • Assists with the resolution of payment issues in collaboration with the Finance Department.
  • Keeps up to date of best retail trade practices and promotional trends by understanding the market and territories to track sales, competitive activities and retail economics.
  • Fosters close positive working relationships with customers through direct visits and follow-up calls.
  • Liaises with all areas of the Company involved in ensuring that products are efficiently delivered to customers.

Position Requirements:

  • Three (3) CXC passes inclusive of Mathematics and English Language with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Sales.
  • A working knowledge of the retail trade.
  • Must own a vehicle.
