Bouvet Ladubay – In the heart of the Loire Valley lies the Saumur region and its famous tuffeau caves, where wines mature at a constant temperature and have been historically aged within the rich chalky soil.

Bouvet-Ladubay’s cellars are situated in one of these tuffeau caves and was excavated 1,000 years ago by the Saint Florent monks and converted in 2002 to the Underground Cathedral, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

Since 1850, Bouvet-Ladubay has been one of France’s greatest producers of méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine. For Bouvet-Ladubay, wine is a living art that must be practiced with wisdom, uniting tradition, experience and the most finely tuned technology in the creation of refined, handcrafted wines of impeccable quality and consistency. To this day, more than 500 medals and awards have confirmed the quality of our wines.
